TK Category - Scheduled Hours

Configure timekeeping categories and scheduled hours for employees.

Schedule Hours

Go to Timekeeping
Access the Timekeeping module and select TK category.

Create Category
Click Create, then input category name and description.

Set Scheduled Types
Define scheduled hours and types like C Suite, Full Flexi.

Configure Regular Shift
Set fixed schedule with defined start and end times.

Select Break Type
Choose the appropriate break type for the category.

Step 1: Access Timekeeping Module

  1. Go to the Timekeeping module.

  2. Select the TK category.

Step 2: Create Category

  1. Click the Create button.

  2. Input the category name and description.

Step 3: Set Scheduled Hours

  1. In the scheduled hours section, choose the scheduled type:

  2. C Suite: Used for executive level employees without clocking in/out.

  3. Input regular working hours for Monday to Friday (e.g., 8 hours).

  4. Consider Saturday and Sunday as rest days or retain them as zero.

This setup will assist in timekeeping calculations.

Step 4: Configure Full Flexi Hours

  1. Select Full Flexi for employees with no fixed hours.

  2. Input required scheduled hours (e.g., 9 hours from Monday to Friday).

  3. If applicable, select break type and deduct from total hours.

Step 5: Set Partial Flexi Schedule

  1. Choose Partial Flexi for a hybrid clock setup.

  2. Input acceptable early clock in window (e.g., 2 hours).

  3. Input acceptable late clock in window (e.g., 1 hour).

  4. Specify break type for this schedule.

Step 6: Define Regular Shift

  1. Choose Regular Shift for fixed schedules.

  2. Define start and end times for half day schedules.

  3. Choose whether to base on actual hours worked or scheduled hours.

Step 7: Configure Auto-Logging

  1. Specify auto logging for employee clock in/out.

  2. Auto assume both time in and out based on schedule.

Step 8: Select Break Type

  1. Choose the break type for this category.

  2. Options include 1 hour break, 30 minutes break, or No break.
