1. Access the ESS Module

Begin by navigating to the ESS module.

5. Select Dates

Select the dates you wish to apply for. You can choose a Date Range if the days are consecutive. If you are filing for just one day, make sure to select the same date in both Date From and Date To.

6. Search for Schedule Details

After choosing the dates, click the Search button to retrieve your schedule details.

7. Review Schedule Details

Your schedule details will appear below. If no details are displayed, it indicates that you do not have an assigned schedule. In such cases, please coordinate with your supervisor or timekeeper to have one assigned.

8. Select Offset Type

To proceed, select Offset from the type drop-down menu.

9. Enter Overtime Hours

Enter the actual start time and end time of your overtime hours.

10. Provide Reason

Don't forget to add a reason for your overtime request.
